Te Awa Lifecare has a variety of villa options, where we are proud to say they are not all the same. We have commenced construction for Stage 2 Villas in our beautiful rural setting.

 

There are options of:

  • Two bedroom villa with double garage

  • Three bedroom villa with double garage


All villas offer:

  • Designer kitchen

  • Bathroom with shower and slip-reduction flooring

  • Spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes

  • HRV Heat pumps

  • Underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom is provided

  • Call Bell connected to onsite 24 hour support

Cottage Options:

Range of sizes: 80-100m2

Te Awa has developed cottages for independent living. The cottages offer spacious living with separate bedrooms and a rural outlook.  The Cottages can be fully serviced to meet individual requirements.
